We have three levels of discount: Bronze =5%Silver = 7.5% or Gold = 10% when you become a Member here at Clickgolf.co.uk. After qualifying for our loyalty reward program, simply access your account to view personalized prices based on your membership level. And you can backdate your qualifying purchases too. To enroll, register with the email address used for a guest order made in the previous year, and the value of those orders will contribute to your membership rewards level. Please refer to the table below for the various tiers and corresponding discounts:

The status of Clickgolf customers is determined by the total value of orders placed within the past 365 days, calculated on a rolling basis.

Bronze: Members have spent over £300 in the previous 365 days and receive a 5% discount shown as live pricing when you login to your account before browsing

Silver: Members have spent over £650 in the previous 365 days and receive a 7.5% discount shown as live pricing when you login to your account before browsing

Gold: Members have spent over £1000 in the previous 365 days and receive an 10% discount shown as live pricing when you login to your account before browsing

Our rolling discount system ensures that every order you place helps maintain your exclusive discount. As a subscriber to our email database, you will receive timely reminders when your discount is close to expiring, allowing you to place a new order and continue enjoying the rewards. Additionally, you can easily check your membership status in the account area.

The displayed prices you see already incorporate the discount level you have attained, which is indicated as "your loyalty price" on each product. It's important to note that this loyalty discount may be temporarily disabled during sale periods like Black Friday. Nevertheless, rest assured that any orders placed during these periods will still count towards your loyalty discount.

FAQ's

Q: I've received multiple emails in a short space of time informing me that my loyalty status is about to run out, what does this mean?
Your loyalty membership is determined by a rolling 365-day period, and the calculation is updated on a daily basis. Orders that are 366 days old or older will no longer contribute to your loyalty reward tier and will be dropped from the calculation.

Q: How do I apply my loyalty discount?
Upon logging into your Click Golf account, your loyalty discount will be displayed. This discount is automatically applied to the listed price of all items available on our website.

Q: I've placed an order which is over £650 which qualifies me as an Eagle member, can you refund the 5% discount against my order?
Please note that this discount is non-refundable. Your recent order totaling £650 or more has qualified you for the Silver discount. As a result, you will enjoy a 7.5% discount on all eligible orders placed within the next 365 days.

Q: I've just placed an order for £650+. How long will it take for my status to update?
Please be aware that there is an overnight process for your loyalty status to update, which can be tracked in the 'your account area'. If your status has not been updated even after this time period, kindly inform us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Terms and Conditions

  • Please note that the purchase of gift vouchers does not contribute to your running total for loyalty rewards. However, when you use a gift voucher as a payment method for an order, the value of that order will be included in your accumulated spend.
  • During live price drops such as Black Friday, your loyalty discount may be temporarily disabled. However, it's important to note that all purchases made during this period will still count towards your loyalty discount level.
  • The value of any returned items will be deducted from your running total.
  • Postage costs will also count towards your running total.
  • Loyalty discount is not applied to the price of gift vouchers
  • Create an account with an email address used for a guest order placed within the last year and the value of these orders these orders will count towards your Membership rewards level
  • If you log into your account and proceed to checkout and wish to pay by phone, then this will still count towards your loyalty discount.
  • Only fulfilled orders will count towards the scheme. Any returns or cancellations will automatically be updated on your account and will reflect upon your loyalty rewards. 
  • Loyalty discounts may not apply to some items. These items will not show the "Your loyalty discount" widget and will have the standard price shown.
  • Medway Golf Centre Ltd has the right to close an account/stop the scheme or amend it at any time.
  • A Loyalty Member who has reached one of the 3 tiers will not be able to use a form of discount code towards purchases when logged in to their account. If you wish to use a discount code, please log out of your account and proceed through checkout. The value of these orders will still count towards your loyalty spend total.
